Transportation Program
The goal of the Transportation Program is to provide consistent transportation services to people living with HIV/AIDS throughout Hartford, Middlesex, and Tolland counties. Through case management, eligible individuals can have access one of the following transportation alternatives:

• Van Services - These services are designed to be used by
   individuals with some kind of impairment who are ambulatory.

• Bus Tokens – Individuals with transportation needs that are on a
  bus route and that are able to take the bus can be provided
  tokens or bus cards for their appointments.

• GHTD Ambassador Wheel Chair Services - These services are
   to be used by individuals who have some kind of impairment such
   as mobility or other physical or mental challenges only.

Requests for services must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of the service.
