HIV/Harm Reduction Outreach and Education Programs
Certified HIV and Substance Abuse Counselors conduct
community outreach, providing HIV/AIDS prevention and
education in the Greater Hartford Region with informational
presentations, harm reduction materials and one-on-one
discussions.
