Julia San Andrés, Finance & Operations Manager

Ms. San Andrés graduated from Capitol Community College with an Associate in General Studies in 1992. That year her name appeared in the “Who is Who of Community Colleges”. Ms. San Andrés continued her education earning a Bachelor of Science from Central Connecticut State University in 1994.

Since graduating from Central Connecticut State University Ms. San Andrés has worked as an Accountant at various community organizations. She also served as an interim Director for Guakía Inc, an Art School for the promotion of the Hispanic heritage and culture located in Hartford, Connecticut. She is presently the Manager of Finance and Operations at Latino Community Services Inc.

Additionally, Ms. San Andrés currently serves on the Board of Directors at Guakía Inc.
